18 West Shore
From the harbour continue along Mid Shore and then walk along West Shore. Number 18 is almost at the end of all the houses and next to the sandy beach. The studio is in the wash house next to the cottage.
All Gina ever wanted to do from a very young age was to draw, paint, make things and be outside. Gina is known for her love of nature which is reflected in her work.
It is Gina’s first year as part of the East Neuk Open Studios and this year is also Gina’s 15th year of solo exhibitions at the Pittenweem Arts Festival. The wash house is now her new studio base in Pittenweem and enables her to spend more time working outdoors. Being by the coast and absorbing the atmosphere gives endless, exhilarating inspiration.
“I love all aspects of the natural world around me and strive to express moments in time through my art.”
