Janet Pennington is an Artist based in the East Neuk of Fife.
Janet’s true passion has always been in Art, emphasized in the colour and creativity of each and every one of her pieces.After studying Illustration and Visual Communications in Dundee, she paused her studies to settle down and raise a family. Still producing work and being creative, whenever she could. Up until recently, when she decided it was the right time to continue her creative journey.
Janet loves to experiment in her work, using different materials and techniques. Some of which, only reveal themselves when closely studied. She particularly enjoys the challenges it brings and adds an exciting dimension to her work.Janet’s work is greatly inspired by the beautiful Scottish scenery around her, particularly the East Neuk of Fife, which is shown in the work she produces.
